As viewers patiently wait for the first broadcast of KBS's popular '1 Night and 2 Days' season 2, one of the topics of discussion is around the center spot.
On March 2nd, a preview video of '1 Night 2 Days' season 2 had surfaced.
In the video, the members were seen playing games and competing in competitions, which indicate that the format of the show remains similar to that of season 1. However, fans noticed a few differences as well, which included a new way to yell "1 Night 2 Days", as well as the standing order of the members.
Fans who are familiar with Korean variety shows know that the center spot is usually reserved for the main MC of the program. In season 1 of the show, the spot was taken by Kang Ho Dong before his abrupt departure from the show. In season 2, however, it seems to be filed by actor Joo Won, the youngest member of the lineup.
Netizens who viewed the video expressed their surprise by writing, "Are you guys preparing Joo Won as the new Lee Seung Gi?", "Joo Won has taken the center spot!" and, "I guess Cha Tae Hyun isn't in the center".
