Jokwon and Ga-In's fanclub 'Adanes' donate rice to the needy

 

Fans of 2AM's Jokwon and Brown Eyed Girls' Ga-In have recently lent a helping hand to senior citizens living alone.

On March 5th, WooYang Organization, an organization that has distributed free rice and food to the needy since 1999, revealed that the fanclub of both singers, 'Adanes', had donated 300 bags of rice to senior citizens.

Adanes is a fanclub consisting of both 2AM's Jokwon and Brown Eyed Girls' Ga-In after they appeared as the "Adam Couple" on MBC's 'We Got Married'. The fanclub, with about 3,800 members, is known for donating to the needy every year with the money they save.

The handover procedure of the rice took place on March 2nd at the building of WooYang Organization located in Seoul, Seogyodong. In addition, the organization held an event where the members of the fanclub also helped in placing the stickers produced by WooYang onto the rice bags.

WooYang will begin distributing the rice on the 6th, through an event titled "Sharing Rice" to over 230 low-income families in places such as Mapo-gu, Seodamun-gu, Gangseo-gu, and Yangcheon-gu.
