Jang Woo Hyuk sets out to create his own idol group

Singer Jang Woo Hyuk has set out to create his own idol group!

According to his agency, WH Entertainment, open auditions to search for the next world star will start on March 10th. A representative for WH stated, "This audition is not only to search for stars who will promote in Korea, but to search for stars who can actively promote in Asia and Europe. Jang Woo Hyuk himself plans to be their producer."

Jang Woo Hyuk, who debuted in 1996 with the original idol group H.O.T., is currently actively promoting as a solo artist, going back and forth between China and Japan. He was also recently cast as the role of 'An Kang' in the Chinese drama 'My Forgetful Girlfriend',�which has fans waiting in anticipation to see his acting skills.

Jang Woohyuk, who has made a name for himself as one of the best dancers in Asia, revealed "I will use all the experience and the know-how I gained from my time in an idol group and from promoting Hallyu, to train my hoobaes." He added, "I'm going to make them into a perfect group whose strong point is their performance, and who won't fail even in the world market."
