Representatives of KBS 2TV's "1 Night 2 Days" apologized to viewers on December 27th for showing footage of the members smoking on air. On the episode broadcasted on the 26th, a member (speculated to be Lee Soo Geun) is seen smoking outside of a house. Because the clip was only a few seconds long and the figure was too far back to see, editors failed to catch the minor detail. Through Newsen, producers expressed, "We would like to apologize to the viewers." Netizens were understanding of the problem and asked for the producers to pay closer attention to what they air.  Some left comments such as, "Please watch out from airing clips of people smoking, as it is a program that is watched nation-wide," and "It's difficult for the editors to catch every single scene, but it'd be nice if they could try."
