Psy gained confidence from DJ DOC's comeback

Veteran singer, PSY, is set to release a long-awaited album on the 20th, and this will be the first under his new label, YG Entertainment. Earlier today he released a MV teaser for his comeback track, 'Right Now.' At a recent press conference, he revealed his feelings about releasing a new album, stating, "Although it's currently a world trend, I was shocked by the amount of auto tune used by Korean artists. I was wondering how I could perform live and was honestly scared to compete against other artists. However, I gained courage from DJ DOC's successful comeback. Thoughts of people cheering for a raw singing voice made me feel good." Also being veterans in the industry, DJ DOC's recent comeback was a huge hit, especially with their title track, 'I'm A Guy Like This'. I am sure that PSY will have a similar comeback, with just as much impact.
