allkpop reported earlier on songwriter Choi Jin Hee demanding an official apology from former boyfriend, Eru, and his father, singer Tae Jin Ah, for causing mental distress. Recently, she has decided to go one step further and sue three netizens for cybercrime.
During a phone interview with Edaily SPN, Choi revealed, "If negative comments are a way of showing interest, then I am thankful, but even after revealing the truth, there are still those three netizens who are continuously spreading negative rumors about me, and it has come to a situation where there is no choice but to sue them for cybercrime."
On August 30th, Choi Jin Hee wrote on her Cyworld, "If you cause me 'mental distress' one more time, I will write down a statement about Eru being a 'sexual abuser'". However, in the interview, the songwriter stated, "I wasn't trying to make him into a sexual abuser, but due to the negative response, and people calling me a psychologically difficult person, it was my defense."
She continued to say, "But some netizens decided to write sexually provocative novels about it. Those kind of negative remarks must be dealt with strongly."
