ZE:A's Heechul confesses his love to SNSD's Jessica for the 40th time

On a recent episode of SBS E!TV's Yang HeeEun's Cooking Show, ZE:A's Heechul made an appearance and made a surprising love confession for SNSD's Jessica. Heechul shyly stated, "Jessica's been my ideal woman for a very long time. I've bumped into her a few times during performances and on stage, and I was very nervous." He even mentioned that he once purposely waited outside of SNSD's waiting room in order to meet Jessica. He then made an on the spot video message for Jessica by confessing, "Despite this being my 40th video message for you, I still haven't received a response. Next time we meet, please feel free to talk to me." ZE:A is currently preparing for their first official album.
