Gil Hak Mi thanks Lee Hyori for her encouragement

One of the top 10 finalists from last year's Superstar K, Gil Hak Mi recently appeared for the first time on Music Bank where she thanked Lee Hyori for encouraging her. After several music show cancellations, Gil Hak Mi's had to delay promotions for her mini album Super Soul. However, she still gave it her best shot on her debut performance a few days ago on Music Bank. For those of you who don't know, Lee Hyori was one of the judges in Superstar K and gave encouraging words to Gil Hak Mi, telling her to work hard. In a time of 8 months, the two are now performing on the same stage, which is an incredible feat for the rookie singer. After her performance, Gil Hak Mi stated, "Lee Hyori sunbae was very friendly and greeted me. Because of the encouraging words she gave to me, I got caught up in tears. Her words gave me so much strength, so I thank her." As we've seen from Superstar K, Gil Hak Mi is loaded with talent and we hope that her singing career is a success!
