On May 13th, Avex Entertainment revealed financial numbers from the first quarter (Q1) of 2010. The numbers revealed that the company made a net profit of �800 million Yen (around $8.5 million) with a sales totaling �118.1 billion yen (around $1.26 billion). Also revealed was TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki's staggering sales for their Best Selection 2010 album. The Best Selection 2010 album, released on February 17th, broke numerous records and went double platinum in March. Avex's Q1 numbers revealed that the album has sold over 700,000 units to date. From the popular lineup of artists in Avex, TVXQ only trails EXILE's album Ai Subeki Mirai he, which sold 1.4 million units for most sales in 2010.
