It's another Korean-based designer, Kaal E.Suktae. Goo Hara, Nicole and Gyuri were all seen in his designs for the album artwork in Lupin.
Other Korean celebrities seen wearing Kaal E.Suktae include members of Jewelry, Lee Si Young, Brown Eyed Girls and many others.
Some background information of E.Suktae :
He graduated from Chambre syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. As a designer he has worked with Sonia Rykiel and Dior. In 1997, he came back to Korea and established Kaal E.Suktae.
