Earlier today, popular actor Kwon Sang Woo was on the KBS show Nam Hee Suk and Choi Eun Kyung's Yeo Yoo Man Man(Free Time) and mentioned that he enjoyed the popular drama IRIS, but that's not all. He stated, "I really enjoy watching IRIS, I'm currently filming Into the Gunfire and it's produced by Taewon Entertainment, the same company that's doing IRIS. The production company offered me a role in the next season of IRIS." With Lee Byung Hun most likely leaving the show, it's a good opportunity to replace him with another popular actor. However, a representative from Kwon Sang Woo's camp said, "Nothing is finalized. It was just a question posed by Taewoon Entertainment's president during a meeting. Kwon Sang Woo is very busy with his current filming schedule and IRIS season one hasn't even ended yet. Yes, it would be great to be in IRIS 2 as it's a very popular drama, but he's also fielding offers for overseas acting roles."
