Justin Chon's not the only one playing Alice in Wonderland - Big Bang leader G-Dragon has got his very own lil' world for himself now, quite literally! Is this the surprise that GD had been promising his fans for the end of the year?
Not quite. A young Korean on a community forum, DCGD, has been catching the attention of many for an impressive project he recently completed as tribute to G-Dragon's solo debut. Instead of taking the conventional route and writing a fan letter or create a song cover, DCGD decided to make a mini replica of GD's musical stage from Breathe, complete with a lighted stage and floating piano keys. And it doesn't stop there - the stage also includes a light-up sign (bling bling like LED...), phonograph, a working clock, an oversized blue bus and of course, oodles and oodles of apples. GD's even got his (manufactured items) baby Gaho, his own set of friends and a wardrobe of his signature stage outfits.
G-Dragon's fans have been known for being creative, but this is definitely an impressive feat. You've gotta give this guy props for his dedication, efforts and talent. Homemade stages, kpop conventions, what's next?
Check out a few photos of G-Dragon's "mini-concert" below:
Maybe it's because I'm tired and haven't eaten in a few hours, but every time I look at those colorful little details on this stage, I can't help but think Food Network's Cake Challenges....... sigh.
Thanks to JennyKim319 for the tip!
