It has been revealed that Shoo has been dating a professional basketball player, Im Hyo Sung, for about a year now and rumor has it that the two will be getting hitched early next year! According to the rumors, Shoo and Im Hyo Sung are supposed to be getting married in early 2010. Newsen has published the story off as a rumor, while Nate News has published it as if the wedding was already confirmed. But nothing has been confirmed from the couple directly. According to Nate News, a representative from the wedding company revealed, "Shoo has already talked about future plans for a possible wedding, early next year. Earliest will even be before the basketball season ends. However, they asked to not reveal the identity of the groom." Shoo has been reported to have been very reluctant in revealing her wedding news, because she did not want it to interfere with her fiance's play season (Too bad everyone already knows that her boyfriend is Im Hyo Sung). However, according to Newsen, a representative of Im Hyo Sung has stated, "It is true that he is in a relationship with Shoo. However, the reporters have taken a huge leap in reporting them engaged. When I asked about the wedding stories, I was told that nothing was even decided yet." The two were rumored to be in a relationship when she visited one of his basketball games last year with her former SES member, Eugene. During the game, she was reported to have cheered on, "Hyo Sung, Hwaiting!" However, back then, she simply pushed the rumor aside by explaining, "Eugene and I are just close friends with Im Hyo Sung."
