Tei returns with "The Shine 2009" mini-album

Ballad singer Tei, has finally returned with a new mini-album titled, "The Shine 2009," after a long hiatus and it is looking not too bad. A plus is one of the songs titled, "Mr. Lonely" which features After School's Bekha and her powerful rapping.
