In the recent High Cut magazine (Vol. 13) which features actress Ha Ji Won, she wears a cape with "bat-wing" sleeves for the cover story of High Cut. Designed by none other than genius Marc Jacobs for his Fall 2009 collection.
In the September issue of Nylon which features G-Dragon, he wears a similar cape.
On September 8th, Lady GaGa was also seen wearing the cape in yellow at London Heathrow's Airport.
The Marc Jacobs Wool Cape Jacket retails for £995.56 (around $1600) on Net-a-porter.
So who wore it better? Lets face it, we all know that G-Dragon is gonna win the poll because he is G-Dragon so he'll be excluded out of the poll. Personally, I feel that Lady GaGa wears it best because only Lady GaGa is able to pull off such hideous clothes and Ha Ji Won is too sweet to be wearing it.
