I mean, I think everyone can pretty much agree that Koreans are, in general, smart people. More than 90% of the population go to college, not to mention South Korea has the highest average IQ, and the literacy rate is among the highest in the world. So why is it that with all this enforced education, there's still people who sit on their fat asses in front of their computer screens and search for the smallest things. For example, noticing that Yoona had the same necklace that Jun Pyo gave to Jandi,or that Jessica and Jaejoong seem to wear couple rings? I think that Korea's status as the most wired country in the world is more of a detriment than a benefit. With so many people with computers and access to the internet, we're bound to have idiots. But enough ranting on bored losers observant netizens. Recently, these highly perceptive Web surfers brought up the issue of the relationship between Sun Ye of the Wonder Girls and 'Marine Boy / Olympic Gold Medalist' Park Tae Hwan. This isn't breaking news, for it has already been mentioned once before (couple rings again)...twice... and each time, it has been denied. Unfortunately, the topic came up again, because they were wearing such similar-looking rings. If you look at their left ring finger, the two are wearing what seems to be "couple rings". Park Tae Hwan's picture is from his press conference after his training last September, while Sun Ye's is from MNet's "Welcome to Wonderland". An observant netizen by the monicker ,"Let the Truth Be Told Palace" (okay, it sounds better in Korean), said, "The rings are so unique and really easy to spot. There's no doubt that they're couple rings." Additional comments read, "They look good together" and "These days, celebrity-athlete relationships are really popular, so if they're dating, they should just admit it." Honestly? If those two really are dating and wanted to keep it on the low, I don't think they would be stupid enough to wear couple rings, since they've already been under suspicion numerous times.
