Gook Ji Yun, better known as Ginger of the mean girl trio in Boys Over Flowers, seems to have had the plastic surgery the protagonist, Geun Jandi, points out in the beginning of episode 5.
It doesn't even look like the same person... and MSN Korea doesn't seem to be sure either. But if it is, how ironic...
Personally, I don't believe in surgery no matter how horsefaced you may be... like Sarah Jessica Parker. There's nothing you can't fix with a lil bit of Scientology and healthy balance of exercise and vitamins.
