Police have released an official statement on the sexual assault claims made against an unnamed popular idol star earlier this month.

On July 25, a rep from the Seoul Gangnam Police station stated, "After looking at the results of the investigation, we've found no evidence to support the allegations. We plan to send the case to prosecution for their opinion."
As previously reported, a woman claimed that she has been sexually assaulted by A and two other men at a home in Gangnam after drinking together. She later withdrew her case.
