Dmost revealed the label had signed an exclusive contract with the singer on February 15. Jisook debuted in 2009 with Rainbow and had been active in various parts of the industry, such as in variety shows, dramas, movies, radios, OSTs, and more.

The agency said, "We're happy to be with Jisook, who has unlimited talent and charm. She has infinite possibilities as a singer, an actress, and an MC, so we will be supporting her, so she can have active promotions not only in Korea but also overseas. We thank fans who have supported her new start and ask for continued interest and love."
Jisook said, "I'm looking forward to being with my new family. I'll meet everyone not just as a singer, but also in variety shows and as an MC. I'm going to run harder, so I can give good energy to everyone who's supporting me. Please watch over me."
