On the June 3rd airing of 'Law of the Jungle in Papua New Guinea', the show's first half cast bid goodbye to chief Kim Byung Man and the jungle, while a brand new team set out for a new set of adventures.

Originally, the show's second half cast consisted of the chief, Jang Hee Jin, Jang Hyun Sung, Lee Tae Gon, MONSTA X's Shownu, Super Junior's Leeteuk, and Kangin. However, due to his second DUI incident, Kangin announced an official hiatus back on May 24 and has been completely edited out of the show.

In the broadcast, the rest of the cast of 'Law of the Jungle in Papua New Guinea' can be seen setting out to their jungle survival destination - the volcano at Mount Tavurvur - and even though Kangin was with them for the recording, the only traces of him left on screen are brief shots of an arm or his voice in the distance.

Even though you won't be able to catch Kangin this time, make sure to still tune in to SBS 'Law of the Jungle in Papua New Guinea'!

i cant tell if you're being serious or not

..He certainly doesn't deserve to die, like some of you suggest, and in this scenario I really don't see it as people "taking things away from him" because clearly this is a cause and effect situation. He was given a second chance, he didn't cherish it and continued to drink and drive... he knew exactly HOW he should've behaved through his first mistake... so it should be clear to him that he is the one driving things away from himself. Clearly he took his second chance for granted, its quite fair for innocent people who valued him to withdraw their support and what they offered and gave him. He is not their liability, no one should be aside from himself.

first time it happened - was a mistake and Kangin should've learned  from it. second time it happened, clearly shows that he hasn't learned from his past mistake and his apology and vow to be better was all just a fluke. i won't curse him or wish him dead like i have seen from some people's post but i hope he does get professional help because clearly he has a drinking problem.

good, screw him, could have killed someone.

ajshawol1990 Sunday, June 5, 2016

Things are getting very serious. last time he might have simply gotten a slap in the wrist but this time the whole incident has blown so out of proportions. But I feel he worse for people who love and trust him.

ygbad_boy ajshawol1990 Sunday, June 5, 2016

dude, DUI is not outta proportion. It's one of the leading causes of accidental death

ajshawol1990 ygbad_boy Sunday, June 5, 2016

You misunderstand. I meant the situation Kangin has dug for himself.

ygbad_boy ajshawol1990 Sunday, June 5, 2016

well, yeah it's true but I don't really feel sorry for him. I agree that people wishing him death and hating on 24/7 is too much but he did it to himself. The consequence of a reckless and immature decision leads to extremists creep out of their caves. I feel really bad for SuJu tho... getting hate because of this (and not even their fan) but I just feel it's wrong to go on hating the other members cause of this guy

ajshawol1990 ygbad_boy Sunday, June 5, 2016

I agree. I can't say things like let Kangin alone and all. Cuz whatever he's getting he asked for it. But not the other members and ELFs.

KangIn as a Elf I Love you but I have to say that this has to happen, I know people do mistakes no person are Free of wrong doings thats life and I thought he learned from the last time, but I wont turn My back on Kangin and want him to leave suju, thats not a solution at all, but Kangin needs some reflecting time thats For sure, he needs it!I am still disapointed in him and are in no way defending him, Whoever that has done wrong has to own up to them and hopefully learn something, I hope that KangIn learns this time

MoMiii Everlasting_frie Sunday, June 5, 2016

He already got reflection time once before though and look where that ended up. The time for reflecting has passed, he needs to recieve real punishment.
