As reported earlier, Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi have been ordered to take DNA tests by Seoul Family Court, and the date for both Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi to take the tests had been set for December 14.

However, it appears as though the designated date will not work for Kim Hyun Joong as the appointment clashes with his military service duty. Lee Jae Man, the actor's legal representative, told Xports News via phone call Thursday, "Kim Hyun Joong is currently discussing the date for the DNA tests with the military base he is serving at. The date for the gene test was revealed to the public, but it seems it'll be difficult for Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi to get the tests together. Once Kim Hyun Joong's DNA test date is altered, we will request a postponement at court and set a different date [for the test date]."
