Say what? It's time to get ready for the first official solo debut of a Girls' Generation member! After much buzz, it has now been confirmed that vocal powerhouse Taeyeon's solo release is happening this year!
SM Entertainment's representative told TVDaily, "It's true that Taeyeon is currently preparing for her solo album. Specific details have not yet been decided yet."
They added that songs are being composed now and they are aiming for a release within this year. Taeyeon has made her mark not only in Girls' Generation, but in OSTs, duets and as the featuring artist in other artists' songs.
