The next meeting between SM Entertainment and Kris and Luhan took place on March 27 at the Seoul Central District Court at 4:00 PM, but once again, there was no progression in the matter involving the nullification of the boys' exclusive contracts with the agency.
The mediation took place, making this Kris's fifth and Luhan's fourth, but they were unable to reach an agreement this time, either.

As a refresher, Kris and Luhan sued SM Entertainment to get out of their exclusive contracts in May and October, 2014 respectively. Since then, SM Entertainment has expressed its displeasure at the boys' active promotions in China despite the ongoing process of the lawsuits.
