Luhan and SM Entertainment's 2nd court-referred mediation will take place on January 16, which is apparently the same day as the agency and Kris's 3rd court-referred mediation.

According to the Seoul Central District Court, Luhan and SM Entertainment's legal reps will meet again exactly a month after their 1st court-referred mediation yesterday, which resulted in no settlement. During Kris and SM Entertainment's 2nd court-referred mediation earlier this month on the 5th, they were not able to come to a settlement, so he'll be having a 3rd one next month as well. 

With Kris and Luhan being represented by the same legal agency and their upcoming court-referred mediation being only 40 minutes apart on the same day, the public is wondering if there will be a settlement for both cases this time around.
