JSTV's 'Celebrity Chef Has Arrived' features celebrity chefs and 3 judges, and seems to be in the format of a celebrity chef survival show. Lay, who previously took on his MC gig on Chinese program 'Music Billboard Charts', seems to be working his way more into the Chinese TV market with this cooking show also added to the list.�
