YG Entertainment announced, "[Cha Seung Won] is an amazing actor, and he has steadily built up his position and star ability as an actor as by showcasing his masculinity. He believed that he could make a synergy effect with YG's brand power to grow more as an actor, so he decided to come to us. Cha Seung Won, Lim Ye Jin, and Jang Hyun Sung, as well as the management staff of T Entertainment�have also decided to come to YG Entertainment."

YG Entertainment said, "Through the hologram business with KT, as well as acquiring a share and making an alliance with Red Rover, the producer of the Hollywood animation 'The Nut Job' that opened on the 17th, we're planning to naturally strengthen YG's actor management for future synergy creation of video production. We also believe that we can strengthen the broadcast contents that YG makes ourselves, such as the recent 'WINNER TV'."
They added, "We want to become a company who is not only a music producing, singer management accepted not just in Korea but all over the world, but also a company with actor management. This will give us a base to become a global total entertainment company."
