According to the December issue of the women's magazine 'Women Sense', the two of them started dating early this year. They've been in a relationship for about 6 months now, and they've become close because both Teddy and Han Ye Seul had a long background of being in the USA before promoting in Korea.

Because Teddy's always working on songs, the magazine reported the two of them don't go out on dates too frequently, but that Han Ye Seul was matching his schedule by meeting him early at night.
'Women Sense' reported, "Their date is a secret that all the YG family knows. During dates, their friends are there, as well, but their relationship is special."
YG Entertainment told Newsen, "We just heard about the news that Teddy has been dating Han Ye Seul for 6 months. It's the first time we've heard it, and we'll be confirming with him personally."

[UPDATE] Both sides have now admitted to the relationship! YG Entertainment told Osen,"It's true that the two of them are in a good relationship. Teddy did tell CEO Yang Hyun Suk and the Big Bang members. We don't know anything about their personal meeting, and it's not something we should dig into."
Han Ye Seul's side also said, "They met 6 months ago through a common friend, and have been meeting carefully since."
