As previously reported, idol group Dalmatian has announced their upcoming return along with the addition of a new member, Simon! With the announcement made, IS Entertainment has just unveiled a photo and details of the new member.
With original member Day Day making his leave, Simon has been recruited to take the spot. Simon is reported to be half Korean and half Japanese with a Korean father and Japanese mother. He has talents in various areas including rap, vocal, as well as dance. Speaking three languages fluently (Japanese, Korean, and English), he will be a very helpful addition to the group.
Simon commented, "It was my lifelong dream to work in the field of music in Korea. I learned about Korean culture through my dad, and did not forget that's where my roots lie. I'm very honored to have become a member of Dalmatian. I will show you all that I've prepared over the years."
Along with Simon, original members Inati, Jeesu, Daniel, and Youngwon, will be coming back with their second mini album after a year and three months on May 15th!
