As SHINee's "Dream Girl" is wrapped up with plagiarism�accusations, producer Shin Hyuk stepped forward to explain why the song wasn't plagiarized.
The CEO of Joombas Music Group uploaded a video on YouTube and wrote on his Twitter, "I personally explained about SHINee's plagiarism issues. I want to say again that the song is definitely not plagiarized."
In the video, he started off by stating, "When I first heard Luis Miguel's song 'Vuelve', I was very surprised. I understand why some people may think that way." However, he showed how the song was created and continued to explain every note in detail on why the two songs were actually different, pointing out the major and minor keys, as well as sharp notes in the transition. He concluded the video by saying that he hoped the video helped clear up some of the misunderstandings.
