Phantom has returned to impress us once more with the release of their second mini album 'Phantom Theory' along with the music video for their title track"Like Cho Yong Pil"!
As mentioned previously, the group became the first to be given permission by the legendary Cho Yong Pil to use his name in their song.The members are said to have decided on putting Cho Yong Pil in the title because of their utmost respect for him.
