[Spoiler] Californian McKay Kim shines on 'K-Pop Star 2'

Contestant McKay Kim from the United States made waves with his powerful performance on 'K-Pop Star 2'.

Hailing from the sunny seaside city of San Diego, California, McKay Kim originally disliked his voice but his mother convinced him otherwise, he said.

Performing his own work, "Month of June", his husky voice and guitar skills combined to create a mesmerizing performance.

"Although I don't know the guitar and I don't know the lyrics, there is definitely a feeling of being led along," Yang Hyun Suk praised. "You have a unique voice, style of singing, and feeling. Out of all the guitar players I've seen so far, you were the best. Next time, I'd like for you to express that same feeling in Korean."
