Psy's free concert is now live!

The global star previously announced that he would hold a free concert if "Gangnam Style" hits #1 on Billboard's chart, and later promised fans he would perform no matter what the results.

The concert, behind held at Seoul Plaza, is now being streamed live for fans everywhere.
