With New York city serving as the backdrop, Victoria looks beautiful while endorsing IPKN's 'Perfume Powder Pact'. As IPKN's endorsement model, Victoria is no stranger to these cosmetic campaign shoots. Although fans already know how beautiful she is, her elegant transformation this time around has jaws dropping in awe over her graceful beauty.
