After revealing several video teasers, Korean-Singaporean girl group Skarf have debuted with "Oh! Dance"!
As mentioned earlier, their name indicates the collaboration between Korea and Singapore using 'scarf', a popular fashion item, as its base. The S stands for Singapore while the c was switched out with the K for Korea. The group is made up of four members from Korea and Singaporean members.
