Jang Geun Suk gives words of encouragement to his staff member

Actor and singer�Jang Geun Suk's attempt at consoling his frustrated staff member have caught the attention of his fans.

On June 11th, one of Jang Geun Suk's staff tweeted, "It's been said that when deciding on a job, you only really need to be satisfied in one out of the three criteria:�money, honor, or an easygoing job. But these days, even that doesn't seem to be the case," revealing his dissatisfaction and discouraged state.

Jang Geun Suk then wittly replied, "But instead, you guys were able to make me [into who I am]," in attempts to bring humor and cheer up his staff member.

Fans commented, "This is why Jang Geun Suk is so cool" and "He has the mannerisms of a hallyu star".

In related news, Jang Geun Suk will be embarking on his Asia tour after much achieving much success with the release of his album in Japan.
