The reaction is beyond bold—it’s pure shock. LE SSERAFIM is preparing for a comeback that few could have predicted.
On September 28th, LE SSERAFIM surprised fans by releasing a teaser video on their official channel ahead of their first single 'SPAGHETTI,' which drops on October 24th(KST).
The video, titled 'This Is the Tomato Incident,' runs for about 48 seconds. Backed by a tense violin concerto, members Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae strike eccentric poses in an over-the-top display.
The background appears to be a hotel room, shot in a grainy, self-camera style. At one point, the members brandish plates of spaghetti, creating ridiculous yet inventive scenes. Youngest member Hong Eunchae especially stood out for her fearless comedic expressions, unbothered by breaking her image.
With spaghetti featured prominently, fans assume the video ties into the new release, though its eccentric style makes it difficult to guess the concept. Among fans, reactions include: "It’s even more intense than 'CRAZY'."
On September 29th(KST), the group officially confirmed the single 'SPAGHETTI' via Weverse, teasing it with the phrase, "An irresistible charm, like being tangled up in spaghetti." This comeback comes seven months after their 5th mini album 'HOT.'
Promotions will kick off on October 9th with content titled 'EAT IT UP!' The music video teaser will follow on October 22nd, and the full single and music video will drop on October 24th at 1 PM KST.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM recently completed their first world tour 'EASY CRAZY HOT,' performing 27 shows across 18 cities and captivating fans worldwide. They will hold their first encore concerts at the Tokyo Dome on November 18–19.
