On March 27, Jackson dropped a music video where he shares his superpowers, using them to help others in need. In the oddly cinematic music video, Jackson is praised as a hero until he wakes up to a strange, chaotic reality.
Directed by Rich Lee, the music video adds a surreal, darkly comedic twist, depicting Jackson’s 'Magic Man' alter ego grappling with an existential crisis in a town that constantly demands his help yet fails to appreciate him.
Jackson makes a bold statement through "GBAD," the pre-release single ahead of his upcoming album 'Magic Man 2.' The track embraces the necessity of setting boundaries, even at the risk of being seen as the villain. Blending alt-R&B with jazzy production by Grammy-winning producer Dem Jointz, GBAD sheds Jackson’s people-pleasing tendencies in favor of self-preservation.
