On the June 30 broadcast of MBC's 'I Live Alone', cast members Jun Hyun Moo, Lee Jang Woo, and Park Na Rae of the neighborhood food lovers' association(?), 'Palm Oil', continued day #2 of the 2nd 'Palm Oil Seminar in Mokpo'.
On this day, in the name of groundbreaking(?) food research, the three Palm Oil members set out on a mission to enjoy all the food wonders that the city of Mokpo had to offer. Over the course of approximately 10 hours, the Palm Oil members had 6 meals, consuming 36 different dishes.
In fact, many viewers at home could not believe how much food the three stars consumed in just 10 hours, and weighed in on whether or not they could pull something like this off if they went on a "food tour".

1. Breakfast: Traditional Korean White Rice, Soup, and Banchan Meal.
2. Brunch: Boiled, Tossed Beef Short Ribs
3. Dessert: Soy Water + Mugwort Rice Cake + Shrimp Baguette + Grilled Skewers
4. Lunch: Fresh Caught Sashimi
5. Dinner: K-beef barbecue + beef tartare + Fried Rice + Makgeolli
6. Supper: Fresh Cut Live Korean Octopus

Jun Hyun Moo commented at the end of dinner, "I feel like I'm in 'Squid Game'. If I don't eat, I'll die."
