'1947 Road To Boston' tells the story of marathon athletes who dream of running for their country once again, 2 years after Korea is liberated from Japanese colonial rule. The story revolves around the Boston International Marathon, a race which has occurred each year since 1897 and which has attracted runners from all over the world. After Korea's liberation in 1945, a small group of runners devote their hearts into making history as the first to represent the liberated nation of Korea in the international race.
