Korean-American singer, songwriter, and actress Megan Lee has returned for a collaboration with International K-Pop artist Chad Future.

The duo teamed up to create a special English version of aespa’s hit song 'Next Level' together with an electrifying music video, which was uploaded to YouTube on May 11th.

In the video, Megan and Chad are transported into space with futuristic backdrops and holographic imagery. Megan playfully boasts, “Don’t play cause ya never catching my time / I was born a winner it’s a state of my mind / Watch out I just begun / If you aren’t moving stay out my way”. The lyrics seamlessly reinterpret aespa’s journey to Kwagya into a message of positive self-image and confidence.

aespa fans will quickly notice the many visual influences similar to the original ‘Next Level’ MV from the SM Entertainment girl group, who recently performed on the main stage at this year’s Coachella.

Megan is best known for her leading role on the Nickelodeon musical comedy series ‘Make It Pop’, her career as a K-Pop singer in South Korea, and songwriter for artists like EXO’s Baekhyun, Girls Generation’s Taeyeon, and AleXa.

Chad continues to add to his impressive list of K-Pop collaborations which include HA SUNG WOON, RAVI, YELO, and more.
