On the September 7 broadcast of SBS MTV's 'The Show', girl group fromis_9 took home their first ever #1 trophy since debut with their comeback title track, "Talk & Talk"!
On this episode of 'The Show', the first place nominees included fromis_9 with "Talk & Talk", Kwon Eun Bi with "Door", and MIRAE with "Splash". In the end, fromis_9's "Talk & Talk" earned the most points, snagging the #1 title!
After being announced as this week's winners, fromis_9 stated, "Today is the day that we won #1 for the first time since our debut. First, we want to sincerely thank our Flovers. Thank you also to the family at Pledis Entertainment, and thank you to our 9 members, as well as each of our families."
This marked fromis_9's first ever win on a music program in approximately 4 years, as well as the girl group's first comeback promotion since being transferred to Pledis Entertainment, under HYBE Labels. While delivering their acceptance speech, many of the fromis_9 members shed tears of joy after achieving their first win.

This is long overdue. “Love Bomb” should’ve give them their first I win and I’m still salty that people slept on them back then.
That being said, being part of the HYBE family really helped to get them more exposure for sure. However let’s not discredit the fact that they are some of the most hardworking and talented girls in the industry. I’m glad that people finally start to notice them
