Previously, rapper LOCO and actress Lee Sung Kyung joined together for a special collaboration project led by Dingo Music, the 'Duet Mate Project'. The two stars were invited to participate in a collaboration single written and composed by the musician couple Rocoberry, a sweet love song.
On this day, joined by the Rocoberry couple, LOCO and Lee Sung Kyung sat down for a chat with MC Yoo Hee Yeol about their duet song "Love". LOCO commented on his first experience working with an actress for a music project, "When I heard that I would be working with Lee Sung Kyung, I knew that she was so famous for being such a great singer, so I felt that we would make a really good song together. But since we would also be filming an MV and so on, I was a little worried how our height different (or lack thereof) might look..." (Lee Sung Kyung, who was also a model before her debut as an actress, is 175 cm tall.)
Hearing this, MC Yoo Hee Yeol observed, "See, when I saw you two coming up on stage, I could see Lee Sung Kyung's respectful character right away. She is such a respectful person because look at her shoes. She is practically wearing ancient Roman warrior shoes. There's just about a clipboard width of material separating her feet from the ground. Are those shoes? Or is she wearing clipboards?"
Yoo Hee Yeol continued on, while the other guests could not hide their laughter, "But look at LOCO's shoes. The bottoms of those shoes are about as wide as a package of firm tofu."
However, Lee Sung Kyung also had something to say about the controversy(?). She stated, "These shoes are actually for me though. I also do not want to look like a giant." But even as Lee Sung Kyung said this, LOCO butted in and emphasized, "In truth, I am 0.2 cm taller than her."
