Prior to ITZY's 'BENCH' fan meeting at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna attended a press conference to dish on working with the brand and more.

"We remembered we had a press event and our concert. What we experienced there was still unforgettable until to this day," ITZY mentioned.

"Well, of course being able to meet MIDZYs after a long time, I'm happy to see them eye to eye and interact with them," said Chaeryeong.

Last June of 2022, it was officially announced that ITZY joins the BENCH family as the global ambassador, the members shared their thoughts as they heard the news: "First, when he heard the news that we are part of the global ambassador of 'BENCH,' we're very happy, of course. We, every single member, really love clothes that are very comfortable. When we were able to experience the fit of BENCH, we really enjoyed it because it's very comfortable for us as well."

Speaking of fashion, when asked which members are into fashion, the members pointed to Lia and Yuna.

This will mark ITZY's second visit to the Philippines only this year. Ryujin expressed their gratitude for being granted the chance to meet MIDZYs once more through this 'BENCH' fan meeting.

"We were happy to get the opportunity," Chaeryeong continued, "thinking that this would be a new gateway for us to show MIDZYs in a different way and perspective to our fans."

Earlier this month, ITZY successfully wrapped up their first world tour aptly titled 'CHECKMATE' in Bangkok, Thailand. The band also had a two-night full-house show in Manila last January.

"Just last week, we were able to finish our world tour in Bangkok, and to be honest, I still can't believe everything already happened. I'm glad that through this, we were able to meet all of MIDZYs and interact with them as well," Yeji, ITZY's leader, shared.

"Every time we visit the Philippines, we feel the overflowing passion of the Filipino fans."

The members also revealed that they would choose a particular theme to follow for each performance before considering how they would convey the topic. "After we think about this, we go into detail for that specific tour."

The meaning of the tagline "All In Us" was further explained by Ryujin, who said, "When I heard the name ITZY, I mentioned the song Itsy Bitsy Spider, while singing, I did the hand motion as well."
