
Netflix confirmed the production of 'Single's Inferno' Season 6, promising an even hotter return.
On February 12, Netflix announced, "'Single's Inferno' Season 6 has officially been confirmed for production." The decision follows the strong success and widespread attention surrounding Season 5, which fueled momentum for the next installment.
In particular, 'Single's Inferno 5' ranked No. 2 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 list for non English shows for three consecutive weeks, according to Netflix Tudum rankings. The series also topped the charts in regions including Korea and Hong Kong.
The show also dominated buzz rankings. According to Good Data Corporation, 'Single's Inferno 5' ranked No. 1 in the TV OTT non drama category for overall buzz, while cast member Choi Mina Sue secured the top spot in performer buzz rankings.
The production team expressed their gratitude, stating, "'Thanks to the love and support for 'Single's Inferno,' we are able to begin a new season. We will work hard to make the next season even hotter.'"
Meanwhile, the 'Single's Inferno' series is a dating reality show that follows singles stranded on a remote island known as "Inferno," where they must form romantic couples in order to escape.
