Actress Kim Hye Yoon will reunite with the members of tvN’s variety show 'Fresh off the Sea' through a special spin-off.
According to a Sports Today report on February 13, Yum Jung Ah, Park Jun Myun, Dex, and Kim Hye Yoon have confirmed their appearances in the spin-off of tvN’s 'Fresh off the Sea.'
'Fresh off the Sea' follows cast members as they settle into a seaside fishing village, taking on a wide range of ocean-related tasks while enjoying seasonal dishes unique to the region. Season 1, which aired in 2024, featured Yum Jung Ah, Park Jun Myun, Ahn Eun Jin, and Dex. Season 2, the following year, starred Yum Jung Ah, Park Jun Myun, Lim Ji Yeon, and Lee Jae Wook.
Previously, Kim Hye Yoon appeared as a guest on Season 2 in June last year, where she reunited with Yum Jung Ah, who played her mother in the drama 'SKY Castle.' At the time, Kim Hye Yoon greeted her warmly by shouting, “Mom!” to which Yum Jung Ah responded, “Ye Seo, why are you here instead of studying?” Their playful exchange created a heartwarming moment for viewers.
Meanwhile, 'Fresh off the Sea' has already confirmed a third season set to air later this year. Season 3 is expected to premiere several months after the spin-off airs.
