Hearts2Hearts has celebrated its first anniversary.
The group officially stepped into the K-pop scene on February 24 last year with their dreamy and mysterious debut track “The Chase.” Since then, they have showcased diverse musical colors through the bubbly and positive “STYLE” and the cool, chic “FOCUS,” along with their signature large-member precision choreography.
Receiving overwhelming support from global fans, Hearts2Hearts swept nine Rookie of the Year awards, setting the record for the most rookie awards among 2025 debut artists.
They also felt their surging popularity firsthand as their first fan meeting, held on February 21–22 at Olympic Hall in Seoul’s Olympic Park, sold out entirely — including restricted view seats. Prior to that, on February 20, they released their bold and lively new single “RUDE!,” which surpassed 10 million views within about a day of its music video release and has since exceeded 27 million views (as of 9 a.m. on the 24th). The track also peaked at No. 8 on the Melon TOP100 chart (midnight on the 23rd), rapidly climbing the music charts.
Proving their momentum as “Best Rookies,” Hearts2Hearts shared their thoughts on the past year.
Q. How does it feel to celebrate your first debut anniversary?
Jiwoo: I still can’t believe it’s already been a year since our debut. We’ve grown so much thanks to all the love we received, and every moment feels like a precious memory. We wouldn’t be here without S2U (Hachu), our official fan club. We’ll continue to show even cooler sides of Hearts2Hearts in our own unique color.
Carmen: One year already… it feels unreal! Thank you so, so much for always loving and supporting us. We were truly happy this past year. Let’s stay together for a long, long time. Promise~
Yuha: This past year has been filled with happy memories thanks to our fans. Thank you for always being our strongest support. We’ll become a Hearts2Hearts you can always be proud of. We love you!
Stella: I can’t believe a whole year has passed already! The members worked so hard, and meeting our fans has made us so happy. We’ll continue to grow, so please keep giving us your love and support!
Jueun: I can’t believe it’s already been a year since we first met our fans. So many happy memories were made, and our fans were always part of them. I hope we can create even more amazing memories together.
A-na: I can’t believe it’s already our first anniversary! I’ve learned and felt so much while being with the members and our fans this year. I hope our fans stay by our side for a long time.
Ian: Time flew by so quickly. Our first year with our fans was truly happy. I hope it was just as happy for them, too.
Yeon: It was such a meaningful year getting to meet Hachu and spend this time together. I hope we continue making great memories for a long time. Let’s stay healthy and see each other often!
Q. What is the most memorable moment from the past year?
Carmen: Our first fan meeting. It’s something I’ll remember forever. It felt like a dream — we laughed, cried, and felt so many emotions. I was so happy to be there as a member of Hearts2Hearts.
A-na: The showcase for our first mini album “FOCUS.” We worked so hard for it, and it felt like we became closer to our fans.
Yeon: The “SMTOWN LIVE 2025” tour. Debuting in our company’s 30th anniversary year and sharing stages with senior artists across regions was an incredible experience.
Q. How do you feel about the strong response to “RUDE!”?
Stella: We all loved the song from the first listen, so seeing it receive so much love makes us so happy. We can’t wait to show more performances of “RUDE!” and share our charm.
Jueun: We carefully thought about how to bring our fans something new and exciting, and that’s how “RUDE!” came to life. We’re truly thankful and proud to see it chart so well right after its release.
Q. What did you focus on while preparing “RUDE!”?
Yuha: We paid special attention to our performance and worked hard to sync all eight members perfectly. Every part feels like a killing part, so it’s fun to watch throughout.
Jueun: We focused a lot on bold, “rude” facial expressions. There won’t be a dull moment on stage!
Q. Are there any rules you always follow as a team?
Stella: Before every performance, we always shout team chant together. It boosts our energy and confidence.
Ian: I want to make a rule where the last person to arrive at a group photo gets a penalty!
Yeon: We made a rule to immediately put away our laundry after it’s done. Otherwise, it piles up in the living room.
Q. What do you think is Hearts2Hearts’ unique style?
Jiwoo: I think it’s “honesty within confidence.” On stage, we’re bold and confident, but off stage, we’re natural and comfortable. Fans love that contrast.
Stella: All eight of us have different charms, and when they blend, it creates great synergy.
Ian: Our chemistry and bright energy.
Q. What is your goal for this year?
Carmen: Staying healthy and happy, meeting more fans, and reaching No. 1 on music charts!
Jiwoo: Showing growth in both music and performance — and staying healthy together.
Q. A message to the members?
Jiwoo: I love you and thank you. Let’s stay healthy and keep working hard.
Carmen: Thank you for always being by my side. Let’s be together forever!
Yuha: We’ve been through so much since our trainee days. Let’s continue being each other’s strongest support.

Jiwoo: Thank you always. I can’t imagine my life without you. I love you.
