NCT's Taeyong has successfully kicked off his new tour with a sold-out show in Seoul. On January 24 and 25, he held the '2026 TAEYONG CONCERT - TY TRACK REMASTERED' at the Ticket Link Live Arena in Olympic Park.
This concert marked his return to the solo stage after 1 year and 11 months. Tickets sold out immediately upon release. Taeyong filled the stage by himself with a setlist that included unreleased new songs like "Mermaid" and "H.E.R", as well as hits like "TAP" and "SHALALA".
Taeyong touched fans' hearts by mentioning NCT members, including those currently serving in the military. Johnny was spotted in the audience cheering him on. Taeyong shared a funny story about Jaehyun and Jungwoo, who are in the army. "Jungwoo contacted me saying, 'Private Jungwoo is on Sergeant Jaehyun's bed. The military discipline is gone,'" he laughed.
He also mentioned Doyoung, who sent a congratulatory wreath. "Doyoung came out on an early vacation and ate with Johnny and Haechan. He talked as if he had already finished his service," Taeyong joked, adding, "Seeing Doyoung made me wait for him even more. I missed the kids a lot while in the army". Mark and Haechan, who are currently touring in Japan, also sent him supportive selfies.
Starting with this Seoul concert, Taeyong will embark on a world tour, visiting 6 cities including Jakarta, Yokohama, Macau, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur starting in February.
