According to iMBC Entertainment on January 16, IVE is preparing to make a comeback with a new song in late February. This will be the group’s first release in roughly six months, following their fourth mini album 'IVE SECRET,' which was released in August last year.
Staying true to the meaning behind their team name, which reflects confidence and proudly showing everything they have, IVE has been loved for concepts centered on self assurance and self love with every comeback. Their releases throughout 2025 followed the same path. With songs such as “REBEL HEART” and “XOXZ,” the group highlighted their bold charm and showed steady, uninterrupted growth throughout the year.
Their strong performance naturally translated into results. “REBEL HEART” topped major domestic music charts and achieved the first Perfect All Kill of 2025. On music shows, the track also earned the year’s first Triple Crown trophy, setting multiple new records in the process. The group continued its momentum with “ATTITUDE,” which gained widespread attention through Rei’s “Pokju Guinea” challenge, and “XOXZ,” which later recorded a successful chart resurgence. With three consecutive hit songs, IVE collected a total of 20 music show trophies, bringing their career total to 74 wins since debut.
Album sales have also been overwhelming. Both mini albums released by IVE last year surpassed one million copies in first week sales. In addition, every album they have released, from their debut single to their most recent work, has reached million seller status, establishing a record of seven consecutive million selling albums. The group further solidified its status at major award ceremonies, where it swept a total of 25 trophies, including multiple grand prizes, proving its unmatched presence in the industry.
The upcoming release is expected to mark the starting point of a new chapter for IVE in 2026. As the group continues to shake up the music scene with fresh records and achievements each year, attention is focused on what new milestones they will achieve next.
