EXO is reportedly preparing for a "return of the king," as sources reveal their title track is called "Crown". "Crown" will be an intense dance track that boldly breaks genre boundaries, blending Atlanta trap drums, heavy metal guitar, and EDM synths. Dramatic tension is built up by utilizing siren effects alongside the members' powerful vocals.
The lyrics of "Crown" compare a precious being to a crown that everyone desires, expressing a strong determination to protect that person at all costs. Through this powerful title track, listeners will be able to feel EXO's confidence and earnestness as they finally make their comeback.
In total, 'REVERXE' will contain 9 tracks, with 'I'm Home' and 'Back It Up' already having been revealed.
EXO's 8th full album 'REVERXE' will be released on January 19 at 6 PM KST.
