ALLDAY PROJECT member Youngseo recently opened up about a pre debut memory involving fellow member Annie.
On December 30, a video titled ‘The Best Choice of the End of 2025 (with Santa)’ was uploaded to the YouTube channel TEO. The episode featured ALLDAY PROJECT members Woochan Bailey, and Youngseo as guests.
During the broadcast, host Jang Do Yeon mentioned that she had heard Youngseo is the stylish youngest member who even buys desserts for fellow member Annie. Smiling, Youngseo replied, “Dessert is something I should take care of.”
Jang Do Yeon then joked that dessert sometimes ends up costing more than the actual meal, especially when eating several Dubai chewy cookies and ordering multiple drinks. In response, Youngseo said she had never really calculated the total amount. She explained, “Since our trainee days, Annie and Tarzzan have taken great care of me and often treated me to meals.” She then pointed to Bailey and added, “Sister also treated us to a buffet once.”
Youngseo went on to share that when she gets the chance, she hopes to secretly pay the bill by pretending to go to the restroom. This prompted Woochan to joke, “I don’t have the financial capacity to cover five people,” which drew laughter from everyone in the studio.
The conversation later turned to Youngseo’s living situation before debut. Jang Do Yeon asked if it was true that Youngseo had stayed at Annie’s house for a period of time. Youngseo confirmed, saying, “Around last winter before our debut, I stayed there briefly.”
Annie drew attention even before debut as the eldest daughter of Shinsegae Group chairwoman Chung Yoo Kyung and the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group honorary chairwoman Lee Myung Hee.
When asked about the most memorable moment from that time, Youngseo recalled, “What I remember most is having dinner together on Christmas Day with Annie’s father, mother, Annie, her younger sibling, and me.”
Jang Do Yeon playfully asked whether Santa had also visited Annie’s house on Christmas. At that moment, Youngseo and Bailey both turned to look at Woochan, prompting Jang Do Yeon to laugh and wave her hands. Youngseo wrapped up the moment by adding, “Woochan didn’t come that day,” bringing the segment to a lighthearted close.
